Rose Automotive Service

I have a wife with a disability, and injuries of my own that do not make it easy for me to do car repairs. It isn't for lack of knowledge or experience. For many years we've dealt with Rose, Automotive having previously bought one car and currently having another being financed. They've worked on several of our vehicles and we've never had a problem other than their charging 3% if you pay via credit. Recently, we brought my car in to have an anti-freeze leak detected and repaired. Adam called with what I considered an excessive amount, and I plainly told him unless they could shave something off of their charges I would have to begin going elsewhere. He said he would see what he could do. When I got my bill, it was $2 dollars less than my estimate. I picked up the car on Valentine's Day, paid in cash with their Billing office and left. After I got time to review my invoice, there was $255 in charges related to labor to replace my upper and lower radiator hoses, neither of which were leaking. I have called and talked to Richard, but havent heard anything back from he or Adam. It's really unfortunate that dealers won't stand behind their work unless it is completed by a Certified De

Excellent experience!!! I am thrilled with the work and service I received! My car broke down near the Rose Automotive and despite the fact it was after hours the staff helped me to physically get the car into the service department and squeezed it in the next to see what was wrong and get it up and working again. They did the work quickly and I was able to get the car back less than 24 hours after the initial problem. I will absolutely be returning for any work I need done in the future! I could not be happier with the service and professionalism!

Friendly and fast service. We are from Indianapolis and wanted to purchase a work van from a dealer in Cincinnati. We had Rose Automotive inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. They got is right in and did a great job. Very reasonable price too.
